Our team sets your seat height, handlebar position, and walks you through the resistance dial. Five minutes; you only do this once. Shoes and towels are on us — we use clip-in cycling shoes (or your own if you have them).
Your instructor cues climbs, sprints, and recovery to the beat. Take what your body wants. You set the resistance — nobody else.
