We recommend at least three Rides under your belt before your first Burn. If you have ridden before — at Momentum or anywhere else — you will find your footing fast.
Burn runs warm. Drink water in the hour leading up to class; we have filtered water in the studio.
The first four minutes are extended in Burn — your body needs them. We dial heat gradually so you settle in.
Burn has a recognizable middle — a sustained climb where the room and the music both peak. Stay with the cue.
Five-minute cool-down with a longer stretch. Stay seated until your heart rate settles. Eucalyptus towels at the door.
