The method

Our movement philosophy

At Momentum, movement should be fun enough to keep you coming back, challenging enough to help you grow, and grounded enough to support you for the long run.

Our method is built for the everyday athlete — the person who wants to feel stronger, move better, and build a practice that becomes part of daily life.

We combine indoor cycling, mat pilates, sculpt, and strength to create training that is dynamic, intentional, and approachable. Every class is designed to meet you where you are while helping you move forward with power, control, and confidence.

Principles

Why we move the Momentum way

01

We train the everyday athlete

You do not need to be a professional athlete to train like one. At Momentum, we program for real people who want to feel powerful in their bodies and capable in their everyday lives. Our classes are challenging, but always approachable. We want you to feel pushed — never alienated.

02

We bring athleticism back to pilates

Our approach to pilates is strong, intentional, and performance-minded. Power Pilates at Momentum is designed to build core strength, control, endurance, and body awareness in a way that feels athletic and effective.

03

We get back to foundations in cycling

Indoor cycling should feel powerful, not confusing. At Momentum, we focus first on form, control, rhythm, and connection to the ride. Flash is never the priority over foundation. The strongest riders are built on stability, awareness, and purposeful effort.

04

We believe elevated services should be real

A premium experience should feel premium from the moment you walk in. That is why Momentum pairs high-level training with thoughtful amenities — a state-of-the-art locker room, showers, towels, eucalyptus towels, soaps, and blow dryers — the details that help you move through your day with ease.

05

We hold high standards for instructors

Great classes start with great teachers. Every Momentum instructor is held to a meaningful standard of training and certification before stepping onto the schedule. Clients deserve coaches who are prepared, qualified, and deeply committed to the craft of teaching.

What momentum means

"Showing up, finding what you love, and returning to it often enough that it begins to change you."

Class formats

Four ways to move

Every format is designed to challenge body and mind while remaining accessible to all levels. Choose your tempo.

01
45 min
Momentum

Ride

Beat-based rhythm cycling. The flagship — rides choreographed to music that push cardiovascular endurance while the upper body works through deliberate resistance.

02

Momentum

Burn

Heat-powered ride. Same beat-based choreography, dialed temperature, more sweat. For when you want the room to do half the work.

Intermediate
03
50 min
Momentum

Power Pilates

Low-impact, high-intensity heated mat Pilates. Controlled tempo, full-body conditioning, mobility-first. Stronger core, longer lines.

Sculpt

Weights, bands, deliberate progression. Upper body, lower body, core — sculpted through intentional reps rather than chasing intensity.
