Terms of service

Effective  June 12 · 2026·Last updated  May 22 · 2026

These terms cover your use of the Momentum website, app, and studio. By visiting movewithmomentum.co, taking a class, or buying a membership, you agree to the terms below.

01

The agreement

These terms are a binding agreement between you and Momentum. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our services. We may update these terms; we will note the effective date at the top whenever we do.

02

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to take a Momentum class or hold a Momentum membership. Riders under 18 require a signed waiver from a parent or guardian.

You agree to give us accurate information when creating an account and to keep your contact details up to date.

03

Bookings and cancellations

  • Class bookings can be made through our scheduling partner up to seven days in advance for members and one day in advance for non-members.
  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before class start with no penalty. Inside 12 hours, the class counts against your booking and is non-refundable.
  • No-shows count as a used class. We may charge a late-cancel fee for repeat occurrences.
  • Doors close five minutes after class start; we cannot admit late arrivals once the room is moving.
04

Memberships

  • Memberships auto-renew on the same date each month unless you cancel.
  • You may pause your membership for up to 60 days at a time at no cost through your account.
  • Cancel anytime; the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Founding-member pricing is locked for the life of the membership. If you cancel and rejoin, you rejoin at the standard rate in effect at that time.
05

Your health and safety

You agree that physical activity carries risk. Talk to your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise routine. Tell your instructor about injuries, conditions, or pregnancy before class so we can offer modifications.

You are responsible for your own pace, resistance, and effort during class. Stop and rest whenever you need to.

06

Studio rules

  • Be on time, be kind, be present.
  • Personal belongings stay in lockers, not on bikes or mats.
  • Phones on silent inside the studios. No photography or filming during class without permission.
  • Cycling shoes, mats, and equipment provided by Momentum are for in-class use and remain studio property.
07

On-demand content

Access to the on-demand video library is included with active memberships. You may stream content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download, copy, redistribute, or use Momentum content in a commercial setting (including teaching from it) without our written permission.

08

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Momentum is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

09

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the site. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the new terms.

10

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
