Props are optional — light dumbbells, sliders, rings, and bands are available if you want them. Each block targets a different muscle group. You leave feeling worked but not wrecked.

Sculpt combos with lower-body and powerhouse-focused blocks to the rhythm. Enjoy 4 to 16-count combos that move with the beat.
