The format

High-rep, low-impact, real results

Sculpt is designed to build endurance and muscle tone without heavy strain on the joints. We program high-rep ranges, controlled tempo, and small isolations that deliver an honest burn.

Props are optional — light dumbbells, sliders, rings, and bands are available if you want them. Each block targets a different muscle group. You leave feeling worked but not wrecked.

Set up your mat

Your mat is yours for the class. Settle in and get ready to move.

Warm into the work

Start with stretching and core work to get the body ready. Pulsing tempo, breath-led, no sudden load.

Block by block

Sculpt combos with lower-body and powerhouse-focused blocks to the rhythm. Enjoy 4 to 16-count combos that move with the beat.

Stretch and release

Finish with a guided stretch and deep breaths. Walk out lighter.

Good to know

What you need to know

How heavy are the weights?Dumbbells range 2 to 8 pounds. High-rep, low-load is the whole point — go lighter if it lets you keep clean form.
Will it bulk me up?No. Sculpt is calibrated for tone, endurance, and definition. We are not building one-rep max here.
Can I take it back-to-back with Ride?Yes — Ride first, then Sculpt is a great combo. Bring water and a second towel.
What if I have a knee or back issue?Tell your instructor before class. Every movement has a modification; nothing is off the table.
