The format

A ride choreographed to the beat

Ride is built for rhythm. Climbs land on the downbeat, sprints break on the chorus, recovery rides into the bridge. The structure of the music is the structure of the ride.

The upper body works alongside the bike — light weights at the right moments to add load without breaking your form. We coach for connection and cadence first; intensity follows naturally.

What to expect

How it goes

Arrive 15 minutes early

Check in, get fit to your bike, clip in. Our team handles the setup so your first ride is your only fitting.

Warm into the beat

The first track is for finding your rhythm. We build resistance and tempo together so your body is ready before the work begins.

Ride the structure

Climbs, sprints, jumps, and recovery — cued to land with the music. You set the resistance dial; the instructor sets the shape.

04

Cool down and stay

A guided cool-down ride into the closing track, then a stretch. Filtered water, fresh towels, take your time leaving.

What you need to know

What level is it for?All levels. You set the resistance — the instructor sets the cadence. We will help you find your fit and pace on your first visit.
Do I need cycling shoes?Clip-in cycling shoes are available to rent at the front desk, or bring your own SPD-compatible shoes.
How heavy are the upper-body weights?2, 3, 4, and 5-lb sets at each bike. Pick what challenges you without breaking your seated form.
Can I sit anywhere?Bikes are reserved when you book. Unlimited members get 7-day advance booking.
