Momentum operates the studio at 548 W 19th Street, Houston, TX 77008 and the website at movewithmomentum.co. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Momentum.

This policy covers our website, our booking experience (handled by our scheduling partner), and any communications you receive from us.

Information you give us

• Name, email, phone, and emergency contact when you create an account or join the waitlist.
• Billing details when you purchase a class, pack, or membership. Payment data is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Class preferences, health notes you choose to share, and any feedback you send us.

Information we collect automatically

• Standard web logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps).
• Cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to improve the site. You can disable these in your browser settings.

• Run your bookings, memberships, and account.
• Send you class reminders, schedule changes, and the rare important update.
• Improve the studio experience — what classes are popular, what times work best, what feedback comes through.
• Comply with the law and protect Momentum and our members from fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.

We use a small set of trusted partners to run the business. Each one only sees what they need to do their job:

• Arketa — bookings, memberships, payment processing, and the on-demand video library.
• Email provider — transactional and newsletter delivery.
• Analytics provider — aggregated, anonymized site usage data.

These partners have their own privacy policies which we encourage you to read.

• Sign in to your Arketa account to view, update, or delete the information we have on file.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link in the footer of any newsletter; transactional emails (booking confirmations, account notices) will still come through.
• Request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or ask us to correct it — email hi@movewithmomentum.co.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information: encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular review of our partner systems. No method is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with care.

Momentum classes are for ages 16 and up. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has given us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on the page and, where appropriate, sent to you by email. The effective date at the top of this page tells you when the current version took effect.
