Ride

45 min|Cycle|All levels

Our signature high-intensity indoor cycling class that combines dynamic cardio with full-body conditioning. This rhythm-based ride features a mix of in and out of saddle work, complemented by choreography for upper body and core engagement. Expect 1–2 weighted segments using 2–5 lb dumbbells to sculpt your arms and shoulders while you ride. With modifications available throughout, this class welcomes everyone from first-time riders to seasoned cyclists looking to push their limits.

Burn

45 min|Cycle|Intermediate

Turn up the heat with our most challenging sculpting ride. Set in a warm studio environment, this 45-minute class elevates traditional cycling with continuous resistance training using wrist weights and free weights. The combination of heat, cardio intervals, and strategic weight work creates a full-body sculpting experience that targets every muscle group from head to toe. Alternating between seated and standing positions, you'll build strength and endurance while the heat increases flexibility and intensifies calorie burn. Modifications are encouraged to honor your body's needs.

A high-energy, heated mat Pilates class taught by certified mat Pilates instructors. This fast-paced, full-body workout combines powerful Pilates flows with low-impact cardio to elevate your heart rate, build core strength, and improve endurance. Set in 90-95-degree heat, Power Pilates is designed to make you sweat, strengthen with intention, and move with intensity. Sculpt

A rhythm-driven, heated sculpt class that blends Pilates-inspired movement with full-body strength and endurance work. Expect a low-impact flow designed to challenge the entire body. Set in heat ranging from 90-95 degrees, this class is designed to lengthen, tone, and strengthen while keeping you moving to the beat. Challenging yet approachable, modifications are always available.
